Paneer sandwich recipe (3 Easy variations)
Paneer sandwich is a prompt, scrumptious and protein-packed Indian sandwich made with crumbled paneer (Indian cheeseflower), spices, veggies, herbs and bread. I follow this 3rd recipe sometimes when I plan to use the stuffing for varied foods like sandwiches, rolls or to attend to arsenic a side with any roti.

How to make paneer sandwich (stepwise photos)
Recipe 1
1. Summate ½ cup crumbled paneer to a large mixing bowl. I secondhand this homemade paneer. If your crumbled paneer is as well tearless then squelch it a bit.
2. You can use any of your favorite veggies. Or sack use only unrivalled vegetable. If you use onion plant you have to use up the filling immediately otherwise the taste and flavor alters. So I did not add here. To the same paneer bowl, I added the following:
- ¼ cup grated carrots
- 2 tablespoons cucumber (very finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons tomatoes (very finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons boiled corn (very delicately chopped).
3. So add
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 green chili pepper (chopped, optional)
- 1 tablespoon sauce. I used this home-cured schezwan sauce. You john use any sauce or even chutney.
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala (Beaver State 1 teaspoon lemon succus)
4. Commix everything considerably. Taste IT and add more saltiness and spice if you same. I added half a lemon as my sauce wasn't tangy. Confuse everything well. You bottom also preserve this in the electric refrigerator for afterward use.

Recipe 3

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice or ½ tsp chaat masala (optional)
- 2 tablespoonful green chutney operating theatre any sauce operating theater thick curd or mayo (to spread)
Ingredients for recipe 3 paneer sandwich
- 6 slices bread
- 1 ½ tsp anele Beaver State as requisite
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 1 small onion chopped finely (nonmandatory)
- ¾ tsp ginger grated , or pep Allium sativum paste
- 1 small tomato plant cut Oregon tomato sauce
- 1 Pinch turmeric
- Salt (as required)
- ¼ tsp coloured chilli powder (adjust to case your taste)
- ¼ to ½ tsp garam masala powderise
- ½ to ¾ loving cup paneer (crumbled )
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
- ½ cup carrots Grated or beetroot or onion as desired

- ¼ cup capsicum finely chopped, or green peas (ex gratia)
- ½ tsp kasuri methi
Instructions for Formula 1 – No cook paneer sandwich
